All payrolling activities are handled in-house, offering consultants unparalleled flexibility and speed. Dutch Pal will also handle work-permit applications and 30-percent ruling for eligible contractors.

Skilldex is a powerful and easy to use management tool for identifying, analysing and managing the skills and experience of personnel throughout your organisation. Rendeck Different IT also offers IBM Mainframe education in
co-operation with RSM.

Training Services
InCase has been providing technical education for more than a decade and has worked with some of Europe's largest companies to provide them with high quality, standard and customised education.
InCase is IBM's largest training partner in Europe and is responsible for providing training in
Denmark, Finland and the Benelux. This includes all IBM's hardware and software brands.
InCase is currently partnering with Rendeck Different IT and RSM in a joint venture with the BCS (British
Computer Society) to provide a Professional Certification Qualification for consultants on IBM's Z/Series
Mainframe. This Qualification Certification is a Worldwide Program that will set standards for ICT
Technicians in a range of disciplines required in Mainframe based Data Centres.

InCase also provides technical training on other platforms including Oracle, CA and HP. InCase is an
accredited provider of ITIL and Prince2 education.
